So, I am really starting to feel super good about about my job. I love where I work, and have been in my current role for about a year and a half, but I am hoping to advance. I have taken on many projects over my tenure in this role, but I off site right now helping to reengineer important processes that have CEO visibilty which is cool l. I have been hashing out deliverables with executives and all of my discussion and ideas have been well recieved. I just built 4 hours worth of training in 1 hour which is almost un heard of; they say that on average it takes 40 hours of design for every one hour of material so it feels good to accomplish what I did. I'm just jazzed right now.
