Well, I first off want to wish everyone a very happy new year.

It's a good holiday it brings nothing but happiness to most. Sugar coating the last year and hope for the next one.

Call me a dreamer but I look back pat myself on the back for what I did and get ready to do even better next year.

Heck, enjoy it be merry That being said I have 2 major goals. Get a condo, take a bit better care of me. Save work I dress like a slob, don't really shave until I feel like it and cut my hair when I remember. It's silly I don't do this stuff it's not hard doesn't cost a ton. I started thinking what if I client saw me in ripped jeans and a 3 day beard? I have an image I need to uphold for work, and people judge you on your looks for better for worse.

Getting a Condo will be easier done then said. Yes, I typed it like that for a reason, all the pre planning and picking is done, really just the realtor part is all that's left. Write some checks sign papers and move in is all that's left. Pricing, budgeting shopping around all the hard work is out of the way.

That's my 09 plans.

Some stuff I'd like to say to all of you I hope you are all still part of this site for 09 and have a great year with growing as people, learning, extra money and all those other happy wishes, I truly want for my friends.
