4. Err on the side of caution. If you're uncertain, ask.
Respect
1. Treat everyone with respect. Everyone.
2. Except in obvious circumstances, "Search" is not a helpful one-word reply.
3. It's ok to revisit subjects. Best practices evolve over time.
4. Cliques only damage community.
5. You were new once too. Think back and remember what it was like.
6. If you're speaking with a professional tuner, remember who the professional is.

1. Post topics in the appropriate forums. They are labeled for a reason.
2. Keep discussions on topic. This is why we have separate topics.
3. Don't hijack topics. This is very rude.
Appropriate Content
1. This site is for discussion of tuning cars. Always keep this in mind.
2. Do not post useless one-liner & inside joke posts anywhere outside of The Sandbox.
3. If your mother would be offended, others will be too.
4. Even if you mother wouldn't be offended, your mom might be crazy.
5. Some people browse from work. Have some respect.
6. If your topic gets locked, do not create a new topic asking why your topic was locked. We bet the reason is obvious.
7. If you spam on Htuner, we will hunt you down. No. Spam. Ever.
8. If you post copyrighted content, make sure you have the right to post it.
Moderator Guidelines
1. Moderators will treat all members with respect, regardless of personal opinions.
2. Moderators will not use sarcasm, condescending remarks, or profanity in public or private.
3. Moderators will maintain a professional air and tone.
4. Moderators will never reprove someone in public. Punishment is achieved with sanctions, not humiliation.
5. Moderators will encourage other members to act like moderators themselves.
6. Moderators will delete useless one-liner & inside joke posts anywhere outside of The Sandbox.
